The Farmhouses
The farmhouses are adjacent and are totally self-contained and are available to rent either individually or together. Both are spacious, well- furnished and comfortably sleep between 4 and 7 people.
Each farmhouse has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge and is equipped to the highest standards. Both are arranged over two floors with upstairs balconies offering views as far as the eye can see.
All bed and bath linen (with the exception of cot linen) is supplied, but please bring your own beach towels.
For early and late season bookings, both farmhouses have full central heating (charged on a meter system) as well as open fireplaces and logs (mainly olive wood) which are freely available for you to use as and when required.
Both farmhouses have comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas with a communal barbecue and traditional wood fired oven if you fancy making your own pizzas or just simply cooking 'al rustico'! In addition, there are a wealth of beauty spots in the olive grove, ideal for picnics, sunbathing and relaxing. Essentially, you are free to roam, explore and simply chill out wherever you wish!
House 1
Entry is directly into the kitchen which has a large brick and stone fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc. and includes a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, full sized electric oven (with grill) and 4 ring gas hob. There is also an iron and ironing board.
It is furnished with an extendable table and six chairs, making it a truly convivial room. Kitchen towels are provided.
The kitchen leads into an ample and comfortable lounge. This is a lovely room in which to relax and has a TV, DVD player and CD player/radio. For extra accommodation, the lounge also contains both a double and a single sofa bed. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, both of which can be configured as either twins or doubles as required, both with their own balconies. There are also foldaway beds available upon request.
The first bedroom is served by an ensuite bathroom, with shower, basin and WC. This also has access to its own balcony. The second bedroom is adjacent to the other bathroom which has bath/shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is a hairdryer.
House 2
Entry is into a spacious and furnished entrance hall. The hall leads through an archway into a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove fireplace. This is a lovely, relaxing room and includes a double sofa-bed for additional accommodation and is equipped with a TV, DVD player and CD player/radio. The lounge leads through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses and pans and comprises double sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven (with grill), 4 ring gas hob and extendable table with 6 chairs. The washing machine is located in a storage area off the entrance hall, under the stairs. There is an iron and ironing board.
Moving upstairs, a wide staircase leads to the bedrooms, both of which can be configured as either twins or doubles as required. The first bedroom opens out onto a long balcony and is served by an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC. A corridor leads to the second bedroom, which enjoys a lovely window view. The second bathroom has bath/shower, WC, basin and bidet. There is a hairdryer.
